Supporting Growth in the Dental Community
Continuing education is a vital part of dentistry. It helps professionals stay current with the latest techniques, meet licensure requirements, and continue providing high-quality care to their patients. But finding convenient, cost-effective CE opportunities—especially for teams in private practice—can be a challenge.
That’s why we’re excited to share a new opportunity for dental professionals in Corona and Riverside, CA: access to free continuing education (CE) lectures and events, hosted locally by a trusted provider.
As of May 12, 2025, Dr. Larson is officially recognized as a Registered Continuing Education Provider—and he’s already making plans to give back to the dental community through live events, educational lunches, and collaborative lectures.
Why Continuing Education Matters
In a fast-evolving field like dentistry, learning never really stops. Continuing education helps clinicians and their teams:
- Stay up to date on best practices and clinical advancements
- Gain exposure to new technologies and treatment approaches
- Expand their knowledge in specialty areas like orthodontics, airway health, or digital workflows
- Earn required CE hours for license renewal
- Network with other professionals and learn from shared experiences
For general dentists and their teams, CE isn’t just a requirement—it’s a powerful tool for growth, both clinically and professionally.
What Makes These CE Events Unique?
While there are many CE options available online or through larger organizations, not all are created equal. Here’s what sets these new events apart:
Local and In-Person
No need to travel across the state or sit through impersonal webinars. These events take place right here in Corona, CA, giving local professionals an opportunity to connect, learn, and grow—without leaving town.
Live, Interactive Lectures
Attendees benefit from real-time instruction and Q&A with a board-certified orthodontist who understands the clinical challenges dental teams face. Topics are designed to be practical, engaging, and directly relevant to everyday practice.
Free of Charge
There’s no cost to attend. These CE sessions are offered as a service to the dental community, supporting accessible education for everyone from doctors to front office staff.
2 CE Hours per Lecture
Each event is approved for 2 CE credit hours upon completion, helping attendees chip away at licensure requirements while gaining valuable insights in the process.
Topics You Can Expect
Lecture topics will rotate throughout the year, with content tailored to general dentists, specialists, hygienists, and office staff. Sample topics may include:
- Interceptive Orthodontics: Growth, eruption, and airway issues in the developing dentition
- Lasers in Orthodontics: Appropriate uses and techniques. When to refer
- Enameloplasty: Esthetic uses and occlusal uses. Can you justify removing enamel?
- Temporomandibular Disorder and Orthodontics: Which TMD symptoms may be from occlusion and how to diagnose and treat with orthodontics
Each presentation is built with clinical relevance and take-home value in mind—so attendees walk away with knowledge they can apply right away.
